    SHADOW TOWN II: THE JOHNS

    Photos of The Johns

a world premiere play about men who buy

girls for sex and what it costs.

Storyline:  Grace Johnson II has problems...a slipping marriage, a son expelled from Harvard, a daughter who wants to elope...she should be so lucky. What lies between fantasy and fact is a powerful awakening for the Johnson family. The hidden truths revealed at the oddest moments.  Set on the north shore of Chciago, SHADOW TOWN II: THE JOHNS explores the world of men who buy girls for sex and what it costs...the family, the girl, the community.  "Powerful, moving, eye opening!"  Written and directed by Mary Bonnett, a follow up to SHADOW TOWN but with a very different approach.  Experts with audience discussion after each performance.
